Grocery Store tours: This is a one hour tour to your local grocery store of choice designed to support you and your new eating habits. Learn how to navigate the grocery store efficiently and introduce yourself to new foods. Grocery shopping doesn’t need to be confusing or stressful. As a Nutritionist, let me help you by giving you the information and tools you need to successfully make better food choices, ask any nutrition related questions such as how to pick quick snacks, meal planning tips, and budgeting!
-Individual Tour- $65 (within SF city limits and Daly City), Travel expenses TBD depending on location.
Group Tour- 2 or more people is $45 per person.
Meal Planning: AIP? FODMAP? PALEO? The list goes on but it doesn’t have to be intimidating. Meal planning takes time and effort not to mention budgeting. I will create weekly meal plans that accommodate your lifestyle with your budget.
